    @dawn16 I realize that. I'm a physical therapist. But to massively increase your volume in a short period of time can easily exceed the ability to adapt and recover. If you build up over time and condition yourself to it, the body can be very resilient.

    @faetalesprincess Sounds like a great way to develop a repetitive strain injury and be sidelined for weeks to months

    Bicep tendon pain

    @jbreyes777 Tendon rehab I'd all about load management. Enough load to stimulate recovery but not too much loading to cause damage.
