Seated hamstring curl

Standing calf raise machine

@victorcourville By reading over these lists, it's cool to see who had to adapt to only barbells and dumbells and who had machines and stuff. I'm stuck in a low-budget football weight room with one squat machine, but I have still found a way.

@allison328 That's all you really need. For legs you can do: split squats, single leg hip thrusts, hip thrusts, RDLs, nordic curls, zercher squats, front squats, goblet squats, and then you can elevate your heels/or widen your stance depending on what muscle you want to hit harder.

@victorcourville

  6. Heel elevated Zercher squat
  7. Calf raises
  8. Hip Thrusts
  9. Y Raise or DB shoulder press
  10. Zottman Curls

Flat Barbell Bench

Hack Squats - Drops sets until you can't walk straight

Bent Over Rows

Ab Roller

Tricep Pushdowns Straight Bar

Strict Wall Barbell Curls

Heavy ass dumbell lunges

@victorcourville If I had to choose:

Low Incline Smith Machine Press, Barbell Squats, Dead Lift, Bayesian Cable Curls, Rear Delt 45° Cable Fly, Crossbody Lat Pull Around, Pull Ups, Dips, Neck Machine , and Super ROM Lateral Raises.

With that, I would happily never do lunges again.

@victorcourville 1 Stiff-leg deadlift

2 Neutral grip pullup

3 Close-grip bench

4 Front squat

5 1-arm DB row

6 DB pullover

7 Standing barbell overhead press

8 Decline situp

9 EZ bar curl

10 Lu raise

@victorcourville In no particular order: RDL's, Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats, DB Bench (on an adjustable bench for incline and decline proposes), Chest Supported Rows, Zottman curls, DB Lateral Raises.

Honestly, that's six and they'd take you pretty damn far.

@victorcourville Replace 1 with a flat dumbbell bench, hits pretty much the whole chest evenly and 4 with a hammer curl variation. Many also don't train calves so that could be swapped out with an abs variation

@victorcourville Found these in Gravity Transformation YT channel and they felt right.

@livingme7 counter argument, they can be a tool for people to see what others value highly. For example nearly everyone includes rdl or stifflegged on here. If i came here and saw this and i wasnt doing them i might say hmmm why is everyone loving those and i dont even try them.

Now i do agree its annoying in a youtube format, but here when i can glance at 40 of them quickly its not bad at all.
