    @walkaway Lifting every day is beginner friendly. Anyone can do it. You shouldn't assume anything. Most of my days are full body.

    @walkaway I lift 7 days a week and have no issues with recovery. Some days are just less intense. In fact, those days increase recovery.

    @riposa Yes, you've introduced a new and difficult stimulus that works a muscle. It's common for that muscle to feel the stimulus and become tired!

    @ehunter A deficit is by definition a deficit of energy. I would not expect to gain strength or even maintain strength after prolonged weight cuts outside of beginner gains while being energy deficient. This is why people go through bulk/cut periods for basically their entire lifting career.
