    @extraneous I used to weigh over 100kg and be quite fat then dropped down on weight mainly by cardio is workouts and eating cleaner. Been dojng body building stuff for about 3 years now and am around 85kg and 198cm tall. I just never seem to be able to get rid of my excess belly and love handle...
