    I want to strict press 32kg

    @hcwewvcw02 I think you warm up every workout with a couple minutes of that to get used to handling the bell. If you can do TGUs with it, incorporate that frequently. Do lots of presses with the lighter bell.

    I want to strict press 32kg

    @hcwewvcw02 Not that hard if you supplement with other tools. I was training with barbells and dumbbells quite a bit when I moved from 50 lbs to 70. If you only have those 2 bells? Harder. How hard is it for you to use the bigger bell?

    KG or LB

    @soldierofgod1988 Yes I did. I’m not saying without setting it down, but all in the same workout. (I also did it with an 88lb and a 106lb KB, shhh don’t tell anyone)

    Will S&S work the chest and biceps?

    @jesusrules1978 It’s a solid minimalist program and hits about as many muscles as possible with just two exercises. You definitely can and, if you want to, should add a couple of exercises to round it out.

    KG or LB

    @wethefreepeople I swing a 70 lb KB for a thousand reps. But I didn’t use KGs, so I guess I didn’t work out.

    Can’t press 16kg

    @erythro It’s the norm for an average, healthy, man. Keyword: healthy. You’ve come back from shoulder injuries, of course your pressing movements aren’t going to be as strong.

    Should I buy 20kg or 24kg if I mainly just do swings?

    @iowa52241 You could go heavier.

    Beginner looking clarification where to start

    @discgolf Honestly, as a beginner, almost anything you do will work for a while. Just do the ABC for a while and you’ll be fine. If it’s the only exercise you’re doing, you don’t need to worry about overtraining. A lot of people get so worried about finding the perfect program they never just...

    What’s a strong press?

    @professor Yeah, it’s definitely different. I came from mostly BB training and occasionally sprinkling in some KB or BW training. Now I’m basically 100% KB.

    What’s a strong press?

    @professor A bodyweight press is strong. ( if it’s one handed, 1/2 bodyweight.)

    @wezo777 For you

    Update: It’s been 8 days and I’m still at it!(100 swings)

    @dkeefe Swings will help almost everything. I didn’t see your original post, so I’m guessing it’s 100 swings per day?

    Revise weight jumps on S&S

    @wezo777 2 S&S workouts + 2 Club workouts = 4 workouts.

    Revise weight jumps on S&S

    @wezo777 I would mostly agree, which is why I think OP starting with 2x per week is a good idea. Although I have to push back a bit here, most people aren’t training for worlds.

    Revise weight jumps on S&S

    @hunter101 With upwards of 2.5 hours of hard sparring every week, you might change your mind.

    Revise weight jumps on S&S

    @climpah Absolutely, I did BJJ for years so I get it.

    Revise weight jumps on S&S

    @hunter101 BJJ 3-5 times per week, clubs 2x per week, S&S 2x per week… you don’t get why they might need to lower the frequency?
