Its a lifestyle, not an endgoal.
The most amount of muscle I gained, was when I was just eating and lifting consistently, and was not obsessing over.
Be patient, have an idealistic goal. Else if the results doesn't come in, you simply loose the motivation.

@kevadun You will gain some fat. A strong believer of Bulk/Cut.
I read somewhere - "To transform you need 3-4 bulk/cut cycles".
Was absolutely true for me.

I do MMA in combination with lifting now.
More than enough to handle them now. ;)

Takes time, but it's totally worth it.
Macros During Bulk
Protien - 156g, Carb - 338g, Fat - 91g, Total Intake - 2800 cal.
I also have a dog, so 10k steps a day as well.
I go heavy on non veg. Alongside the meals I have having there would be 150g chicken...

@martina1 I would not suggest saving on money on whey. Vaise bhi, you will only be taking it once a day.
So 2.5kg would last around 80 days easily.
