    @hcwewvcw02 I mean I love z presses but it still doesn't make it any tougher for your shoulder. Just the body position. . But definitely do it. It is something that is challenging In several ways.

    @caseydy22 Cant wait to help. Its very good at changing body structure depending on the nutrition you follow. Example you can lose fat if you want but lowering calories or carb cycling or gain mass by pounding food if youre a hard gainer.

    @hoanphamkhong1 Flows are such a waste other than coordination, circus and Instagram. Most people arent even,proficient at the basics and the flow/juggle covers up the shitty fundamentals.,
