    @uticus Strengthening my upper body! I’m pretty good about leg day but I’m so bad at focusing on upper body exercises. they’re not as fun to me and I feel like I need a spotter or help figuring out how to best use a machine.

    @missjo You may want to try the fishing game on the rowing machine. I found it helpful. The machine tracks how many meters you did in four minutes but you’re not looking at the numbers and it’s fun trying to avoid the big fish.

    @docrich I think the lack of a warm up definitely played a part. Maybe start with some cardio next time? Hope it goes well!
