How soon after the big V were you back in the gym ?

@agapefalcon Do you care to share your experience with the procedure itself ? I feel like I’m completely onboard for the recovery process, but if I had a choice to numb everything from my waist to my toes, I would lol. I literally want to feel zero pain during the procedure. Minus the local...

@leahhope I’ll be following the surgeons suggestions very closely. I’d rather take a little more time off, than be forced off from an incident

How soon after the big V were you back in the gym ?

Getting the ol’ snip in 2 weeks. I’ve read that you’re not supposed to lift for a number of weeks. What did this look like for getting back on the bench ? Were you able to get back to isolation/ machine work, relatively fast ? When could you start with lifting free weights and squats ...

I cant lift more than 10 kilos in bicep curls. It’s been like this for 8 months

@gigibraun You can adjust the program to suit your needs. Or pull back a bit on the compounds to leave yourself some gas at the end. I feel like there’s more to the story for OP, and maybe they’re not fuelling their body properly, or they are limiting themselves in other ways. Mechanically...

@gigibraun You’re welcome to tell the masses, that what they’re doing, doesn’t work. But clearly PPL does work
