    @mursieme oh thats interesting to hear! i didn’t think i’d hit a plateau so early bc my SW was 130 and only lost about 2 lbs so far (been on this for 3 months). I only weigh myself every 3 months so maybe bc im also building muscle

    @66bookssss Hi im at 1400-1500 considering that i am also strength training 4-5x wk and walking 10K steps daily. I found that eating at a 1200-1300 doesnt give me the energy and strength for lifting so I upped to 100-200 calories more :)

I eat pretty healthy bc I can’t afford to do take outs all the time (im a broke college student) so i really focus on eating fulfilling whole foods that are cheap and will last...
