D dersaemann New member Jun 12, 2024 #22 @66bookssss Hi im at 1400-1500 considering that i am also strength training 4-5x wk and walking 10K steps daily. I found that eating at a 1200-1300 doesnt give me the energy and strength for lifting so I upped to 100-200 calories more
