Lateral Raises at the end of every workout

@patdude832 I don’t think anyone is overestimating what you mean. You asked for our opinion. Doing an exercise 5 days a week is not a good idea in my opinion. Post a pic of your physique and we can tell you if it’s an actual weak point.

@patdude832 My thoughts are that this is stupid. If you side delts are a weak point in your physique I would start by adding volume during your shoulder day. If that doesn't help I would add some volume after your chest day. That being said even if I think its stupid, I think that you...

Looking for advice , resources, tips or encouragement on overcoming definition plateaus and bodybuilding

@zach2 Your training protocol is the issue. When you cut you also were eating very little for that activity level. It’s quite possible you lost muscle on that cut. I can sort it out for you if you would like.

    overtraining impacting results

@earnest1018 I was a high school strength coach for many years, and not once did I see a LEGIT 570 lb squat. This would be insane unless OP is like 300lbs

    Seriously stubborn and weak chest

@polarbearwear I would need to see your training log/ nutrition logs. But based on information provided my GUESS based on you not being very strong, current body weight, and how you are having issues getting stronger. Nutrition sounds like the culprit. AGAIN I would need to see training...
