    @penguin87 You can try to add unsweetened cocoa powder and any sweetner(honey/stevia) to the whey to make it tasty. A lot of people may face bloating issues due to either being lactose intolerant or having issues with additives like flavors and mixing agents.

    @penguin87 If you are having bloating issues, why don't you try unflavored whey like amul which also has digestive enzymes. If that does not work then go for an isolate.
