    @yahleel 3. You need to start your calisthenics journey with a focus on STRENGTH development. To train strength, you gotta do few reps, long rests and few sets. And try to have perfect form on every rep.

    @isabelle550223 Doesn't matter where I place my hands, my torso moves as I lift my feet. Maybe I can round my back more though, I will try.

    @typingsound Dude, you're fine. Start bulking. I was the same as you, skinny with a small gut. I cut, it wouldn't go away, I bulked it got bigger... But after awhile, it just diminished. Like the ratio of it got less and less as I worked my Abs and Obliques dynamically. Get into hanging leg...

    @hkdr Awesome. I really cant seem to do Tuck L-Sit at all for some reason. If I lift my legs while tucked my hands end up too far back and I can't hold it. I CAN do regular L-sit for a few seconds though :-P
