    TL;DR I urgently need a body weight exercise that is not push up, burpee or squat in 6 hours. My arms, abs, and thighs are sore. I am out of shape, 38 yo, 6 ft 230+ lb. I promised myself I will work out just 5 mins a day (I know it’s laughably little) for a week. Day 1 I did about 40 push up...
