    @joellemarie197 I’ve worked through DFWRemix, 10,000 swing challenge and Neupert’s ICT in the past year. On a second round of DFW remix currently. I also like the old BWF RR a lot.

    @joellemarie197 Love me some simple and sinister. These days I use it during de-load cycles or in-between programs as a daily base to add on to. By itself with nothing extra it’s a bit…incomplete.

    10.000 Swings Experience/Review

    @kywy Did this back in the summer, outside. It was super hard but absolutely amazing. Hell on the grip, had to wear gloves the rest of the time after developing a blister UNDER my main callus. Highly recommend this for those looking for a challenge.

    Working on week nine of Nupert’s beta program and it’s a real butt kicker but I’m missing the extra movements like pull ups and lunges. Been through DFW Remix and 10m swing workout. My old stand by is the old BFW Recommended Routine…. Any suggestions for next or is it time to go back to mix...

    A Giant WTF (Program Review)

    @inspiringmedia How did you feel adding on worked out? One thing im hesitant about is starting g the giant strictly. Want to do legs, pulls and accessory moves still with revolving days so most days still see some type of workout.
