    @bandan The doctor is going to tell you to stop deadlifting. They aren’t exercise scientists so listen to them if you want too. But I wouldn’t.

    @afraidoftheend The stronger by science hypertrophy program is 3 sets then an amrap. If you drop your training max a bit it’s essentially 3 warm up sets into an amrap.

    @saraannmarie Yea. In training I went left left right. And then for some reason as I approached the weight went nah just go right right right. I’m not sure why. It just felt more consistent.

    Came in 2nd out of 4. Most fun I’ve ever had competing. Lightning fitness might be the coolest gym in the country. It’s at least the best I’ve ever seen. There was kick boxing fights in between events. Event one. Log medley. 260, 280, 300. I only hit the 260. I cleaned the 280 but didn’t...
