    @prelude How are you an early intermediate with a poor pulling strength? Regardless, progress using the lat pull down and as you get stronger with that your pull ups would automatically increase

    @dawn16 No I didn't read the entire post actually, my bad Well, if it was already 3 times a week, any lower than that is a bit too less. She should segregate into two sessions or use supersets etc.

    @jenfer Buy supplements from a company's own website If their logistics suck and you want faster delivery, then maybe websites that have been around for a long time and are dedicated to selling genuine health supplements are my personal preference over general e-commerce platforms.

    @ilovethelordgear By not going to the gym 6 times a week. I don't get it. For some people it's either everyday or no day Pick 3 non consecutive days of the week, that you want to sacrifice for your workouts. On these 3 days, you will cut all forms of entertainment needed in order to fit time...

    @malina22 I mean, I wouldn't follow it personally but frankly speaking it is good enough to make sure you get gains. I feel there are better routines out there though
