    @anotherend Haha I’m kicking myself for jumping the gun on these DOMs, the sore is creeping in! I guess this is why we interchange between upper and lower body, so there is a bit more of a break?

    @reanimatedradio Yep that’s the one! I use the Strong App (it’s free) and look at the range of exercises in the directory. Then I choose four for upper body and four for lower and then that’s my structure for six weeks!
