Comprehensive lululemon Legging Guide for an Ex-Employee

@wwbb Sorry to hear that! I’m not doubting there are any issues, just sharing my personal experiences. That’s why I said that “for me” there’s been no quality issues, because there truly hasn’t been.

Comprehensive lululemon Legging Guide for an Ex-Employee

@wwbb I'm not an employee but I've been a regular Lululemon shopper and wear-er since 2004. The quality really has not changed for me at all, I wear my items literally everyday and I've had zero quality issues with anything except for one Cool Racerback tanktop several years ago that the...

Losing weight = more unwanted attention/harassment?

@wiltedflower I think a lot of it has to do with the “vibe” you give off. I started lifting weights in the spring in an attempt to help deal with some injuries (it is helping them a lot) and I’ve had the EXACT same weight gain and I’m also 5’4”. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been but seeing that number...

Low calorie count + workouts = tired

@sabrina_ Ya it seems like this “nutritionist” thinks that BMR and TDEE are the same thing, which is terrifying.

Hitting the sauna before a workout: y/n?

@jackie I live in Ontario too, why do all the gyms here have saunas?! I don't need to get sweaty and hot and tired before my workout, and after my workout I have already sweat out every ounce of water in me so why would I go in a sauna?
