    @ryanmrozek You posted this at literally the perfect time for me. I started lifting weights in the spring in an attempt to help deal with some injuries (it is helping them a lot) and I’ve had the EXACT same weight gain and I’m also 5’4”.     Hitting the sauna before a workout: y/n?

    @jackie I live in Ontario too, why do all the gyms here have saunas?! I don't need to get sweaty and hot and tired before my workout, and after my workout I have already sweat out every ounce of water in me so why would I go in a sauna?
