    @butterfly2222 I am so glad you clarified. So many people think their metabolism is not working properly because it goes down after weight loss. The analogy I like to use is a gas tank. If you have an suv with 16 gallons and downsize to a mini with 13 gallons, it doesn't mean there is anything...

    @laveena123 I like to sit between 115-120. Right now, I am much heavier due to surgery and recovery, so I am giving myself about 2 years to get back to fighting weight/shape. While I have a small frame, I would never consider myself thin, I prefer a muscular build.

    60/M: Old People Progress

    @afraidoftheend I agree, I did a quick circuit bodyweight workout yesterday. I just started working with a trainer and let them know that it felt like a HIIT workout which was great since my knees can't take the jumping around of a traditional HIIT program.

    Need some macro-nutrient advice

    @ruthyoerg I like to use www.examine.com for protein recommendations, they have quite a range to cover most, if not all fitness goals. I have nothing else to add, like others have commented you may need to reduce calories to get the results you want. r/fitness had a tdee spreadsheet going...
