    @catd I can afford better food as I get older, which has helped a lot. In my 20s I ate a lot of cheap carbs, ramen, rice, pasta, bread, and definitely not enough protein and nutrient rich foods needed to be healthy and strong. So lucky to be able to be in a position to pick the healthier...

    @nessa1234 Agreed, once I saw this video from Eugene Teo I stopped trying to make my squat look like (or be the same weight as) other people. We are all different and have our own strengths and weaknesses.

    @crazythat I didn't start dating till college. If anyone ever gives me a weird time about it I just say "Have you met teenage boys?" and they usually concede that I have a fair point.
