    Lateral Raises at the end of every workout

    @patdude832 You need to rest the muscles too. That's where they actually grow. Other exercises do grow the shoulders too, not just side raises.

    @wmsgil It seems like you were barely above maintenance calories, you have some hyper responders who with just a small increase of food, blow up. Others have to eat a lot, 2200 cals could well be too low

    None of my bulks (lean or dirty) ever seem to result in any muscle gain, and I honestly really don't know what I'm doing wrong at this point

    @daughteroftheonetrueking Doesn't look like a great diet to me tbh. Of the people I know who have a lot of muscle, they eat quite differently than this. A lot of exercises seen quote low rep. Are you really getting good stimulus with these reps ? When I wanted to compete I needed a big kick...

    @erniedavid Sounds like someone trying to sound smart. I dunno, never heard anyone with a lot of muscle talk like this. Pic looks very shopped too. I think you got trolled
