“It’s never enough” mindset

Hello! So recently I discovered that i have what I’d call “it’s never enough” mindset. Where no matter how much effort or reps I put into a workout session. It’s never enough, even if I’m going to failure I feel like it’s not enough

I dunno, could just me being a lazy ass where I only workout 3-4 days a week (I just dread leg day man.) BUT when I do workout, I don’t half ass it.

Ever since I lost my gym bro (I’m in highscool so he was my Uber basically, called it off cause I felt like it was a burden) and got some adjustable dumbbells and a bench I started having like 2 hour workout (more is just rest and being in my phone though) sessions at home. Before I’d only do like 5 workouts on pull and push at the gym but now it became 8 or something excercises in a day

grammer and organization are a mess sorry

Am I doing too much (can’t tell if its just junk reps) .I feel like when I go lower in reps it feels like I didn’t do crap. I care a lot about my form though, most of it is just really slow eccentrics

What do you think? I mean I am making some progress I think, worked out for a year prior to this so I’m not sure if it’s just me attempting to maintain my previous state. BUT I only started doing this whole mess a month or so ago soooo ya :) also I realized I have like 5 bicep exercises but only two for back. What can I do to change this? Since pull day and push are primarily at home for me
