I’m new to kettlebells. I really enjoy them. I bought adjustable kB and I use dumbbell plates for weight.
Is there a consensus on doing more or longer sets with LESS weight vs shorter sets workouts with MORE weight? I can see that we could graph the amount of work done and get equivalents.
Also, what is a typical workout length. I go 20-30 minutes and then I’m just spent (I’m a fan of 40 sec work to 20 sec rest).
I’m at 31 pounds per kB currently (6 pound kB holder and 25 pounds of free weights). I have a pair so I can go from six pounds to a pair of 110 pounds, not that I can do anything with 220 lbs of kettlebells
