3-day split full body program

Found a good 3 day per week full body (it was suggested to be the best for me) program, and tweaked it a bit. Would love to hear your opinion on this! Anything i should change? (e.g. sets, reps, certain exercises...)

Im 15, 190cm (6'3), 65kg (145 lbs)
I play football (soccer) as a hobby, so not that seriously. Looking to build muscle as well as a bit of strength

Any feedback appreciated :)
 
@malina22 I mean, I wouldn't follow it personally but frankly speaking it is good enough to make sure you get gains. I feel there are better routines out there though
 
@malina22 I would recommend a push pull legs split if you’re looking to build muscle and strength. isolating each muscle group ie. “push” movements “pull” movements and leg movements will maximize your gains my man. I have some programs if you want to see one
