3 Month’s, Help!

I have 3 months to get in the best shape of my life. I’m looking for a workout routine and diet plan that I can follow.

Any suggestions would be great.

I try to work out at least 45 min a day 5-6 days a week.

I run, bike, swim, and lift.

Currently 6’ 00”, 195 lbs.
