30 y/o (f) , heart beat/rate is always 166-175 is NORMAL?

Age : 30 ( female) no kids

Been doing work out for almost 2 months, 2-3 times a week. My heart beat is always high when I do work out. I am not sure if its normal. The trainer said in our first day that my heart rate is really high but he also said maybe because i am small woman.

I have a friend with me in work out but she is a bit taller and more heavier than me. She has only around 120-130 hear rate. Her age is around 35 i think and no kids also.
 
@whiteknightnews As a general rule when exercising, the maximum heart rate would be 220 - your age which would be 190. As long as your heart rate returns to a normal rate after exercising then I don't think you have anything to worry about.
