@zambieboy If you’re running 2 to 3 times a week your heart rate should be dropping steadily at least for the same speed. And it shouldn’t take long for it to be noticeable.
@zambieboy I have the same issue. My Z2 only happens while walking as fast as I can, a small jog will send my HR over it. I can also walk for days, but I don't know if Z2 walking will help me or even if it's efficient enough. I'm considering straight up just doing HIIT because I have no issues to do that
