Lifting has continued 3-4 times a week. Weights have gone up.
Bench 170lbs (3x8rep)
Lat pulldown 220(38reps)
Seated row 220 (38reps)
Bicep curls 170(38reps)
Tricep curls 70 (38 reps, also the one I've seen least improvement in)
Added Incline bench 125 (45 plate each side plus bar??)(3*8reps)
Haven't added deadlift in yet.
Biking 1-2 times a week. 15-25 miles. About 12 miles away from hitting my 250 miles ridden goal for this year.
Weight initially went up about 10lbs, then now down against so I'm roughly 330 depending on when I weigh self. Physically. I can see that a bunch of the Dad flab has changed to muscle, but I ain't ripped. Some definition especially in arms and shoulders is showing.
Quite happy that I've stayed consistent and maintained the schedule ove r these months. About 6 months or so in I think.
