Where would you suggest fitting this 6week program into a comp prep? Just before the comp or would you use a different program leading up?
It might be just me but I did not get what the 100% weight is supposed to be? The weight intended to use at competition or the heaviest I could complete the session with?
@rodm1974 Thanks. Good questions. We used this program prior to a competition in June and our team had about 10 CMS ranks at that meet. You would start this program 6 weeks before the meet. The tapering is built in. 100% is the weight you plan to compete with. I upload the written version on our private Facebook team page. You are welcome to become a virtual member.
