What is more effective in fighting with muscle soreness? I bought this stuff and take it every day, before a workout, after, and on non-workout days. It doesn't help me at all, if to compare my endurance before I bought it. It doesn't add me any muscular endurance during workouts and doesn't prevent muscle soreness at all. It has a big dosage but it doesn't work for my needs.
