Hello all,F 44 /180lbs.I’ve being going to the gym about 3 months.I’m familar with how the equipments work and I’m trying to eat better.The problem is,l’m not on any program I usually just go in and wing it for about 2hrs 2-3 time per week for. I don’t log anything because I don’t know how.Lately I feel as though I’m getting weaker and can hard manage my form is terrible.I can’t afford to hire a trainer.would like to do a 4 day split like 2 upper/lower to save time.My question is,should I be following a program and where could I find free programs? Any advice would be great!Tia.
