Just follow it. Eat clean. Fill up on low calorie nutrient dense foods. You got this.

If you hit your calories it comes off.

Lean meats fruits and veggies oatmeal almonds . Stay away from processed foods and dairy.

Low calorie foods that fill you up is your go to.
 
@barwi If you can get a Fitbit or another smart watch with fitness/calorie tracking. There is already a database for most foods and if you get a scale it really takes the second guessing out of the equation. Really simple.
 
@ratherchilly It doesn’t tell you how many in macros you need a day. I have a Fitbit and the app. It just tracks calories burned and what you eat AKA calories in/calories out.
