@barwi If you can get a Fitbit or another smart watch with fitness/calorie tracking. There is already a database for most foods and if you get a scale it really takes the second guessing out of the equation. Really simple.
@ratherchilly It doesn’t tell you how many in macros you need a day. I have a Fitbit and the app. It just tracks calories burned and what you eat AKA calories in/calories out.
