Core workout advice/tips

What up team? wondering if y’all could critique my core day exercises. Definitely interested if you think I should be adding any exercises or replacing redundant ones with more efficient movements. I don’t really do sit-ups beause I heard that can hurt your back when I was young but idk the veracity of that.

Plank 3-5 x 2mins or until failure

Side plank 3-5 x 1.5mins or until failure

Leg lifts: 3-5 x failure

Arm stand to prone: 1-3 x 3-5 reps (sorry idk what this movement is called but basically a bound hand headstand in which the legs are kept straight and are dropped to 90 degrees at the hip and then back up) can usually do 2-7 of them per set but definitely err on the side of caution while approaching failure with this movement

I do all training at home with bud weight (edit:body weight but also lol), adjustable dumbbells, and bands. Any input is appreciated, especially in regards to new moves or isometrics.
