DB Press Increase

@lucyflor I suggest doing unilateral or alternating chest press if you want to correct that. Start with your weaker side doing as many reps as you can then match that number with the other side.
 
@lucyflor You could try one-arm dumbbell bench -- I don't think alternating is very good. You get more systemically fatigued, and less stimulus for the actual pressing movement itself.

Do all the reps of one side at a time. Put some rest between each side.

When the dumbbell gets significantly heavy it can be tough to not fall off the bench, so just be careful. You can also hold a dumbbellonn the inactive side for balance -- both approaches can be useful. Just make sure to warm-up in the way you intend to do your working sets.
