Difficulty waking up / needing more sleep

Hey all. I recently started going to the gym recently (6 days a week, 1/2 strength 1/2 cardio), and I have noticed that I have had difficulty actually getting up in the morning and I tend to fall back asleep. I aim to get 7 1/2 - 8 hours, but oatelt I've been needing 9 or 10. Is this normal for when you first start working out,
and will I return to my normal hours of sleep soon?
 
@mardymar It’s quite possible you’re working out too hard too fast. 6 days a week is pretty wild for a beginner. Maybe try 3 days for a month or two, then work up to 4 days and so on.
