Basically Ive been undergoing resistance training using bodyweight na for a month and a half. 3 days per week strength, and 2-3 days cardio, depends on my time. I think I usually go at it for an hour a day, sometimes 20 mins or 40 mins. Daily routine goes I wake up at 6am, meditate, workout, cooldown, stretch, then go about my day. I also take cold showers.
After I finish working out, siguro mga an hour later, pansin ko when nasa desk na ko to work on some stuff or whatever napapansin ko may nararamdaman akong lamig sa likod ng neck ko, Idk what it is? Also sometimes when I squat (even in non exercise actions) when I get up fast mahihilo ako slight?
Did anyone feel this? Ano cause and what could be a solution?
