Share ko lang my experience, I worked out for the first time in sooo many years and idk what to feel huhu! I've always been a fan of HIIT workouts kasi perfect sya for those na madali mabore like me and cardio kung cardio talaga. Kinda sad lang kasi 30 mins yung beginner's workout pero nagstop ako sa 15-min mark I'll do it again tomorrow, pero this time I will not drink water from time to time kasi nasusuka ako huhu (thats why I stopped halfway). Not working out to lose body fat, I just really want my endorphins back.
Hoping na this gradual change will make me go back to working out
