G Shock, athlete “gift”. Any product reviews?

I saw G Shock is promoting their “move” watch to gyms/athletes at the games this year. They also gave the competitor athletes one (not sure it was the move, looked like a different series) at check in.

I’ve had a Garmin for years and I love it. I want to know what G Shock users like about their watch? Why should someone switch to the G Shock?

@warrenhaydon G Shocks are for people who like watches. Garmin are more for fitness enthusiasts who like tracking data and dont care about keeping time.
