Been working out for the last ten years , not consistently but quite often , and have been vegan two and a half years and took bodybuilding seriously for the last 3 months and eating 95% a whole foods , plant based diet and have made the biggest gains of my life. In last three months put on over 10lbs of muscle .

Just wanted to shoutout to this group for all the help and insight along the way!

Morning :

Smoothie - greens, oatmeal, flax seeds, protein powder, berries , peanut butter and I really like this non dairy milk “Veggemo”. It’s made with pea protein. The vanilla is delicious and provides 6g of protein. www.veggemo.com it’s all over Canada, US. :)

Snack - veggies with hummus

Lunch - roasted potatoes (sweet and white ) tofu, mushrooms, onion, garlic , broccoli , peas and avocado

Snack - almonds , apple .

Dinner - it varies , but pasta with red lentils, red pepper, mushrooms, white beans , tomato sauce , zucchini or whatever veggies I have laying around .

Snack - toast with peanut butter and bananas

And I’ll eat random tablespoons of almond butter throughout the day .

Total protein through the day around 100-110 give or take.
