Hair loss and bodybuilding

@ant101 The workout and diet listed should not cause rapid hair loss. The link to hair loss and bodybuilding is most often from "supplements". Creatine at the proper dosage should not cause rapid hair loss either. You do need to drink a lot of water while using creatine though. Many people forget that. Creatine production is not regulated, so you may want to try a different brand. If you are using a blended product, you may be getting some SARMs with your creatine. SARMs are inexpensive to make and find themselves into some supplements. If you are using them without cycling, you can experience hair loss. Odds are your hair loss is naturally occurring unfortunately.
 
@ant101 I was already going bald and haven’t really noticed any change there, but my back and shoulders got noticeably hairier in the first 6-8 months of lifting.
