I'm 21 (f) currently starting on my weight loss journey, so far, okay naman. I'm doing calorie deficit as well as 16:8 fasting - no workout as of the moment.
My only concern is my sweet tooth haha. Every after meals naghahanap ako ng small desert na pwede ko kainin or papakin. Yung amount of intake is not a concern kasi kaya ko naman i-limit, its just that kung every meal gagawin, magiging unhealthy habit.
I'm finding alternatives sana like dried fruit, pero medyo may kamahalan kasi. I tried dried mangoes pero ₱250/250 grams nauubos 1-2weeks. For instance, from eating presto-s and oreos, biscuit ko na lang lagi is honey graham crackers, medj less sweet pero its still 120 calories agad haha. Eventually I'd like to phase out sweets pero for now I'm finding cheap and healthy alternatives.
Any recommendations? Kahit biscuit, chocolate, jellies, etc. na masarap papakin after meals AND is also BUDGET friendly for a student like me hehe
