I’m just starting some Hinshaw rowing workouts and he references “SR b/t” - does anyone know what this means? I assume b/t just means “between” but I can’t make out the SR part.
For more context it reads like this
“150M at fast pace or SR b/t 32-36
100M at moderate pace or SR b/t 28-32”
