@dawn16 Yes, exactly! And I also adopted the mindset that it was ok if I occasionally didn’t make my goals. Before I had also tried getting into a healthier lifestyle but never was able to sustain it beyond a month or two and I think it’s because I use to set either unachievable goals or had a all-or-nothing mindset. Realistically speaking, I probably only achieve around 80% of my healthy routines now, but that’s still significantly better than where I was before.
