How much cardio should a hardgainer be doing?

Just started bulking and hitting the gym last week (already up one pound 👍🏻) plus supplementing CREATINE. 3 days a week M/W/F lifting heavy. How much cardio should I be doing to limit extra calories I’m burning but also getting in shape.

I currently work HVAC M-T (4) 10 hour days. I go after work but I do a lot of walking to get things and up and down ladders all day, hanging stuff above my head, etc. so I don’t want to burn any extra calories if I can help it.

Thanks in advance! Very new beginner trying to get my life a lil on track.
 
@jhonny7 Cardio is important for your heart and vascular system my man, just it 2-3 times weekly for like 25/30 minutes. Obviously you’ll need to eat more, but without heart health you got nothing.
