I started working out for the past few weeks in hopes of getting a body like this:
But whats been happening is my body is getting bigger and not cut, especially my arms. Is this normal in the beginning? I'm on a diet with the following macros:
40% carbs, 30% fat, and 30% protein
I'm 5"4', 125lbs and 34F. Any advice is appreciated!
