For context, I decided to go back to school and finish my last 2 years of eligibility at a D2/D3 school at age 30. I’m still in pretty good shape, but want to get back into playing shape. Oklahoma has a very generic lifting packet available for incoming freshman, but I’m looking for something with Plyometrics, speed and agility drills programmed in as well. I have good size (6’0 220) but if I’m able to join a program for my Redshirt Jr Season next year, I’ll be 7 years removed from playing NAIA ball. I’m about 5-6 months out from attending any transfer portal camps. Currently running a 4.7 (laser) 40, 4.4 shuttle, and 28” Vert. Wanna add about 6” to vert, .3 from shuttle, and .3 from 40. Any help is welcome!
