@andega I’ve used both during triathlon training…I like em both, but my husband prefers LMNT bc it’s not as sweet as liquid iv. LMNT does taste good, but when you drink em side-by-side you really notice how much saltier LMNT is. I drink mostly liquid iv just bc it’s cheaper and I’ll have an LMNT every once in awhile for a different treat!

People keep recommending other brands, and they’re all terrible! What if LMNT goes under?

@ebarnes I’ve heard SALTT (by the guy that made Keto Chow) is very similar to LMNT but cheaper. I haven’t tried it yet though! I love LMNT too.

@photonfanatic I haven't had lmnt, but I have a variety bag of saltt and it is so very salty... Like I get that's kinda the deal but it's almost prohibitively salty. I can barely choke down a packet in 40 oz.
