Hey folks!

I made a tracker to keep track of your exercise progressions and volume (reps, seconds, etc).

It automatically figures out the right reps and exercise progression for your next workout based on a bunch of configurable settings.

It’s using excel, and I made it “app-like” so I use it on my phone during my workout. Since it’s in excel, you can save it on the cloud, on your phone, or your computer.

Also, it has protections enabled so you can only change the stuff in green (helps so I don’t accidentally fat finger something while I’m working out).

You can, of course, edit the progressions, exercises, number of sets, and how much volume to increment after each workout (as well as if you want to go up to 8, 12, 15, or whatever reps until you switch to the next progression).

All of this is per exercise, so it can be different for different exercises.

EDIT 2: Note that this is an excel file which uses some funky formulas. You have to open it with excel (either the web version, the mobile app, or the computer proogram). It will not work with Google Sheets.
